Lance set up CASL in 2002 after more than 35 years in civil engineering and is passionate about helping individuals transfer their proven management abilities into internationally recognised qualifications and professional membership.
Christine joined the CASL board in 2010. With 20 years spent working in the customer service and financial sector, Christine brings experience and support to the CASL Team.
Jayne joined the business in 2008. With a background in accounting Jayne oversees all areas of finance including cash management, tax preparation and provides financial analysis for the board to determine company profitability.
Vanessa joined the business in 2014. With a background in client services from a practice and corporate perspective, Vanessa works relentlessly with CASL customers to help them obtain their vocational qualification, CSCS card and professional membership.
Having had more than 35 years in the construction industry Peter joined CASL in 2003 as an Internal Verifier and Assessor. Peter is dedicated to supporting individuals and maintaining standards in vocational qualifications.
Ruth has a background in training, recruitment and customer service within the NHS. Ruth has been working with CASL since 2012 supporting individuals to gain their Assessing Vocational qualification
